We are opening our farm to the community for an outdoor gathering to celebrate the arrival of (the much anticipated) Spring!
At two o’clock we will gather around to have story time with the kids about how Spring is celebrated all over the world.
After that, we will take you out on our Black Walnut Sap Run to show you how easy it is to tap your own trees, explain the process of making your own syrup, answer any questions, and let you taste the sweet reward that makes all the effort oh so worth it!
And of course, take a tour of our true-circular barn(the last one in Marshall County and registered on the National Historic Registry) so that you may see our very friendly KuneKune Pigs & Piglets and Goats.
And surely, we’ll also have a fire going.
All ages are welcome!
Also, we are still open for sign-ups to The Luna Hill Kids Club, a nature and farm program we offer, with the Spring season starting the first week of April. So for anyone wanting to check out our farm and family or ask any questions, now would be a great time!
Looking forward to celebrating, playing, and growing with you!
