A note on social media and contacting us-We work really hard to be present with what we do here, & being that John & AJ are running it all by themselves, we’re busy! We do share actively online to educate & connect, but we do not have smart phones and are not online as often as most folks.
Please reach us fastest by an actual phone call (I know, we’re weird!) or, if you prefer text format, an email will reach us & our attention quickest. Thank you for understanding!
We always encourage folks to carpool when it’s an option!
Parking is available in the grass area around the triangle drive & in the grass area along the field fence.
Tours & Talks:
We’ve given lots of tours here at Luna Hill Farm, from homeschool groups afar, to local gardening groups, we love the opportunity to educate & bring community members together in Mother Nature. Both AJ & John have spoken to groups regarding our projects, passions, & outlook out here.
If you are interested in getting a personal tour or talk for a group you organize, please reach out! We’d be happy to talk details and give pricing information, once we know what you are interested in and how many people would be joining us. We love the opportunity to Cultivate Community & Celebrate Curiosity and what better way to do that then by bringing folks together for hands-on education!
Here is a bit of what we could use:
BOOKS: We do have an amazon wish list of books that we would like to add to our ‘Little Reference Library’ in the West Woods. If you would like to help out by purchasing a book that the kids could use, please click HERE.
TOOLS: Do you have old garden/yard tools that you’d like to give a second life to? Send us a message at AJBoener@gmail.com or call us at 574-341-0229 & if there is a use for them around here, we’d be oh so grateful to get those tools into the hands of kiddos around the farm!
PICNIC TABLES: We really are in need of more seating in the backyard area & could very much use more picnic tables. We’re very handy around here, so if you have an old picnic table that is no longer getting used, we’d love to put it to use!
MONEY: If you would like to support our mission to Cultivate Community & Celebrate Curiosity her in Plymouth, Indiana with your hard earned money, any donations we receive are currently going towards our endeavor to become a Nonprofit. Although we already operate as a nonprofit, gaining status requires an upfront cost of $700+ ! See our GoFund me account(that a kind friend of ours created) HERE.
We are so grateful that you are the kind of person who would actively seek out how you can help! Just spreading the word about our work & what we provide for our community can be so helpful-Thank you sincerely!
